First steps are a consultation to review our background and your specific needs. Review what you have tried in the past for marketing and our recommendations for the future. We are a Google centric company and learned long ago that you must take advantage of the google products available to be successful with Internet Marketing.
When we start a reservation program, they will run for a twelve-month duration with option to renew another twelve months. We do not discuss other businesses who may be using our services and never share the amount of help we provide for you. We only assist clients who need $100,000 or more revenue per year generated.
We secure a local phone number with area code specific to your hunting location, email setup with your business name for correspondence, and a shared hunt calendar so we both can keep track of scheduled hunts. All paid for and setup by Walker Reservations.
Reporting is done once every two weeks or once per month depending on volume of business. We will accept all deposits via credit card and send you your portion once or twice per month, again all based on volume. Reports are delivered prior to each payment so you know exactly what was brought in deposits and what the total hunt cost is. You will know the names of each hunter and their phone numbers so you can contact them after the reservation has been completed and take over from there. One more very important item is that most “Booking Agents” will retain the hunters as their own and you have no rights at all. We always turn over all hunters and hunter information to you. We believe that retaining the rights to an individual is not fair for either of us. If a hunter wants to come back and they book with you before they leave then good for you. If a hunter decides to call us back and reschedule then good for us. We feel this is the only fair way to do business.

While visiting your location we can produce video and stills of your entire operation to enhance your website and other marketing at no additional charge. Securing Local Number, email, and shared calendar is step two. Booking Hunts and sending you profits each month is step three. We do not accept a dime until we have paid deposits in house.
Creating a marketing strategy and implementing that strategy takes about 30 days. All marketing is paid for by Walker Reservations. This is a direct investment by Walker Reservations in your business. Onsite visit by Walker Reservations, travel cost paid for by you. While visiting your location we can produce video and stills of your entire operation to enhance your website and other marketing at no additional charge. During the initial 30 days we will secure a local number, email, and create a shared calendar. Booking Hunts and sending you profits each month is the final step. We do not accept a dime until we have paid deposits in house.
All deposits accepted by Walker Reservation are nonrefundable, but we will allow a hunter to reschedule their hunt within twelve (12) months of their original scheduled hunt dates at the same location as originally reserved if we are notified in writing a minimum of 30 days prior to original hunt dates.
I hope you can understand that Walker reservations would like to help everyone, but we cannot. We only provide services for one outfitter and one Ranch/Preserve per state. A minimum of $100,000 or more in new revenue is required. You must carry Hunt Insurance and provide us with a copy of your policy also naming us as an insured party. Provide a copy of your release naming us as an affiliate. You must have a 4.0 or higher Google or Facebook Review rating (unless you have less than 5 reviews or are a new business, we may not require a minimum rating).
